This one has been a labour of love. I just LOVE Highland Cows or coos as I call them, but have never seen a decent Highland Cow chocolate or chocolate mould. So, I have made my own! It might not be as refined as a mass market mould, but it is made with love and I have hand painted it with edible paints to give it character and help it stand out - so each one is a unique creation. I hope you like it as much as I do.
I have set the coo in a lovely chocolate slab which gives you a good 140g of chocolate (probably a bit more) and have the word Coo on it. I could change the word for you - but I can only fit a maximum of 4 letters.
I have given this one a fondant santa hat and there are snowflake sprinkles falling all around. Who can resist this for Christmas?

Snowflakes: sugar, rice flour, coconut oil, shea oil, thickener: carboxymethylcellulose; fruit and vegetable concentrates (spirulina, apple), colour: titanium dioxide; flavouring.
